Released IntegrationBridge

The WC Integration Bridge is an optional plugin that provides official, tested cross-integration between WC Dynamic Society and WC GAS Ally. Neither plugin depends on it — they work fully independently. Enable the Bridge only when you want both plugins to communicate seamlessly.

The Problem It Solves

WC GAS Ally and WC Dynamic Society are intentionally independent — neither plugin depends on the other, so you can buy and use them separately. But when you want them to work together (faction standing modifying attributes, relationship values triggering abilities), you'd normally have to write glue code yourself.

The WC Integration Bridge is that glue code, shipped as a third plugin that depends on both. Enable it alongside the two base plugins and the cross-system features activate automatically.

Cross-Plugin Features
0
Zero Dependency on Base Plugins
Neither WC Dynamic Society nor WC GAS Ally reference each other. The bridge sits on top of both — enabling it adds features, disabling it changes nothing in either base plugin.
🏛
Faction → Gameplay Effect Mapping
Map faction attitude (Allied, Neutral, Hostile, War) directly to Gameplay Effects from GAS Ally. Allies passively receive buff GEs, enemies receive debuff GEs — driven entirely by the faction data asset, no code.
📊
Reputation → Attribute Modifiers
Link NPC reputation values to GAS attribute modifiers. High standing with a merchant faction could increase shop pricing attributes; hostile standing could apply attribute penalties during interaction.
🕐
Schedule State → Tag Grants
Map NPC schedule activity types (sleeping, working, socializing) to Gameplay Tags on the NPC's ASC. AI behavior trees and GAS abilities can then branch on these tags without custom subsystem queries.
Relationship → Ability Triggers
Relationship affinity thresholds can trigger GAS abilities — e.g., granting a companion ability when affinity exceeds a configured threshold, or removing access to NPC services when it drops below zero.
